Jurij Dziuba

Project Manager

Jurij graduated from the Toronto Metropolitan University, where he received a Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.Eng). During his final two years of study at Toronto Metropolitan, his primary area of focus was in HVAC mechanical systems design.  In addition to his B.Eng. he presently holds the designations of licensed PEO (Professional Engineers of Ontario), LEED AP BD+C from the USGBC; CCP (Certified Commissioning Professional) from the Building Commissioning Certification Board; and CEM (Certified Energy Manager) from the Association of Energy Engineers.

In 2009, Jurij joined CFMS and in his role as project manager has been involved in management and commissioning of a wide variety of projects from institutional, commercial, government, to interior retrofits and condominiums. He has successfully completed projects ranging from small building automation system retrofits, to LEED EAp1 and EAc3 commissioning, as well as Total Building Commissioning. His approach to commissioning is to build a team environment and maintain open lines of communication with all team members.

Some past projects which Jurij was involved with include; York University Bergeron Centre for Engineering Excellence, Hotel X at Exhibition Place, Vaughan Metropolitan Centre KPMG Office Tower, Bell Canada Office Renovation. A few ongoing projects in Jurij’s portfolio include; University of Toronto School's Renovation, Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital - Research Institute Expansion, Ä€disōke - Ottawa Public Library and Library and Archives Canada Joint Facility, Ethennonnhawahstihnen’ Community Recreation Centre and Library, Azura Condos.

Fun Fact: In his spare time, Jurij enjoys playing volleyball or wrenching away on his car.
