Art Shoppe Lofts + Condos Awarded BILD's 2016 Project of the Year
The Art Shoppe Lofts + Condos won the award for "Project of the Year" from BILD for 2016. The award recognizes innovation and excellence in the selected project. The project takes up a full city block, at the prestigious location of Yonge and Eglington in Midtown Toronto, and will consist of a 28 storey condo tower to the north, and a 12 storey mid-rise loft building to the south. Ground broke in September, with occupancy slated for 2019. Not only does this project have a prestigious location, but also has a prestigious name attached to it - Karl Lagerfield is doing the design for the residential lobbies.
