Project Update - LiUNA! Local 183 New Headquarters
The final crane has been erected at the site of the in progress new LiUNA! Local 183 Headquarters located in Vaughan, Ontario! CFMS is proud to be part of the team, providing commissioning for this project designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects, for North America's largest construction local union. The 6 storey tower connected to a 3 storey wing will offer member services, such as medical clinics, pharmacy, financial services, training classrooms and recreational facilities. The ground floor will house Gerry Gallagher Hall - a 3,000 seat banquet facility for general meetings, community gatherings and available for rental for private events. The upper floors will house work and learning spaces for LiUNA members and staff.
Skygrid announced the third and final crane is now in place, meaning progress is going to start picking up. Stay tuned for updates!
