Three More LEED Certifications for CFMS Projects

Three more CFMS projects achieved LEED Certifications this past month.  CFMS is pleased to announce that LEED Gold was awarded to both the Gore Meadows Community Centre + Library (Brampton) and Toronto Community Housing - Railway Lands Block 32 (Toronto), and LEED Silver was awarded to Bridgepoint Hospital (Toronto).  These were three projects of very different scope for CFMS.  Gore Meadows Phase 2 included for Aquatics facilities, Fitness Facilities, Common Spaces and Outdoor Recreation Facilities.  TCH Railway Lands Block 32 is a 41 storey affordable family housing complex located in downtown Toronto.  Bridgepoint Hospital is a state of the art rehabilitation hospital that integrated the old Don Jail as administration offices.  CFMS Consulting Inc. couldn't be happier that our contribution to these projects helped them achieve their LEED Certification Goals.  Congratulations to the entire team of hard workers on all three of these projects!
