- Commissioning offers economic benefits to building owners and operators. This can come from the following:
- Saving money on initial construction from reduction of change orders
- Decreased utility costs (from energy savings)
- Extended equipment life cycle from improved operation and maintenance
- Attractiveness to building occupants for lease/sale
- What do you love most about your job?
- I love that every day is different. CFMS works on a wide variety of projects with varying systems and requirements which always brings about a new challenge.
