Chiller Plant consisting of air-cooled IIOT chillers (2) and CHW distribution system for AHU cooling coils and fan coil units.
Mechanical Room AHUs (with VAV supply air) for ventilation and cooling of main chancery building.
100% OA AHU for fresh air provisions for residence fan coil units.
Fan coil units for residence suites.
Split A/C units for cooling of DDC, MITNET, CCC & CCR rooms.
Exhaust fans (for washrooms/kitchen) and supply fans (for meeting/conference rooms).

Domestic hot water heating system.
