HVAC systems consist of a Ground source geothermal system, water to water heat pumps for heating water system, boiler system, snow melt, heat reclaim rooftop unit, kitchen exhaust and make-up air unit, water to air heat pumps, domestic hot water system, miscellaneous fans, and rainwater harvesting system. Electrical systems consist of a low voltage lighting control system with occupancy sensors. The building has full DDC system controlling the major mechanical equipment and common areas, and local controls for suite mechanical equipment.
