Why Commissioning

THERE'S NO BETTER WAY TO BUILD THE BEST

Cost overruns. Delayed schedules. Poor building performance. Below standard documentation. Inferior operator and maintenance knowledge. Occupant interruptions. These are just some of the problems that can arise when there’s no effective quality control program in place.

That’s where commissioning comes in.

The CFMS team knows how to ensure quality and function, and will develop a plan to suit the building owner’s requirements. Including a commissioning process early in the design phase is a catalyst for premium quality control in all aspects of a project. It’s also a great way to improve communication between team members and instill pride in everyone involved.
