CFMS’ first ‘LEED CI’ certified project, involving the integration of ALLSTEEL’s new Toronto Sales and Resource Centre within the confines of a ‘heritage’ designated building. The building is a part of the ‘Toronto Carpet Factory’ heritage site.
CFMS executed the requirements of ‘Fundamental Commissioning’ (EAp1) and is completing the requirements of ‘Enhanced Commissioning’ (EAp2), as part of the project mandate for LEED certification.
