Aura at College Park is a retail and condominium complex located at the northwest corner of Yonge St and Gerrard St, Toronto.
The 78-storey condominium tower standing 273 meters in height, is Canada’s tallest and largest single residential tower with approximately 120,000 m2 of residential space comprising of 985 suites. The residential portion of the tower is built above a three-storey podium of approximately 17,000 m2 of retail space. - Condenser water loops serving heat pump loop and Dx cooling (Retail and Tower).
- Central heating plants (Retail and Tower).
- Air handling units, constant and variable volume.
- Make-up air handling units.
- Air cooled split units serving elevator machine rooms & IT rooms.
- Exhaust fans, ventilation fans serving mechanical rooms, locker rooms.
