Contemporary Condos located at Yonge and Finch. The 358 unit tower has ammenities including a yoga studio, gym, golf simulator, kids imagination space, party room, chef’s kitchen, and outdoor lounge.
Mechanical systems consist of: a condenser water plant with cooling tower, boilers and pumps; glycol heating loops with heat exchangers and pumps, domestic hot water plant with boilers, hot water tanks and pumps, make-up air unit, heat pumps in suites. Electrical systems commissioned include: LV lighting controls with occupancy sensors, emergency generator system.
