Brampton Fire Station 204
Fire Station 204 is a newly renovated 12,000 sf LEED® Gold Certified facility that houses fire truck bays, offices, sleeping quarters, kitchen and eating area, as well as a weight room and showers to accommodate the needs of the fire fighters and ranked officers.
HVAC systems installed include for new hot water heating plant, dedicated OA ERV, VRF fan coil units with hot-water reheat, heat recovery ventilator, air scrubber, terminal heating units, including for infra-red heaters, and domestic HW system. The building has full DDC control down to and including the individual spaces.
Electrical systems installed included for LV digital lighting control system.
