- Central heating plant for space heating in winter
- Central steam plant for space humidification in winter
- Chilled water utilizing an ‘air cooled’ chiller for space cooling and dehumidification in summer
- Constant volume & VAV central air handlers for ‘open’ areas, offices, meeting rooms
- Constant volume, 100% OA, heat recovery units for ‘cell block’ and ‘police change rooms’

- Verification of DDC system & BAS
- Performance testing of HVAC systems
- Seasonal performance testing of HVAC systems
