Exchange District Condos
The transformation of Mississauga's skyline and downtown core continues with Exchange District Condos, from developer Camrost Felcorp Inc. Designed by Arcadis, the multi-tower development is well on its way towards claiming the record for tallest building in Mississauga. Composed of a mix of towers standing 30, 42, 60, and 72 storeys, Exchange District Condos is set to have two towers surpass the 200m mark. The Exchange District Condos project is set to introduce two million square feet of various commercial spaces, a boutique hotel, as well as a new park and public realm.
