This new condominium consists of two towers totaling 291,000 square-feet and a heritage building. The main King St. building rises 12 storeys and includes four levels of parking, residential suites, and 9th floor amenity area with fitness facility and outdoor pool. The Adelaide St. building rises 11 storeys and includes residential suites. Both towers total 334 residential units. The heritage building is designated for retail space and includes a restaurant.

  • HVAC Equipment Installation Inspections
  • Verification of DDC system and BAS
  • Functional testing of HVAC systems
  • Performance testing of HVAC systems
  • Coordination of mechanical equipment and systems training
  • Seasonal performance testing of HVAC systems

HVAC systems include for:

  • Central condenser water plant serving suite heat pumps (3 x 1799 MBH high efficiency condensing boilers and 1 x Closed circuit cooling tower).
  • Central glycol heating plant serving make-up air units and miscellaneous heating (1 x 1799 MBH high efficiency condensing boiler).
  • Make-up air units.
  • King St. building domestic hot water heating plant (2 x 1068 MBH high efficiency condensing boilers).
  • Adelaide St. building domestic hot water heating plant (2 x 483 MBH high efficiency condensing boilers).
  • Radiant floor heating system.
  • Exhaust fans, ventilation fans, and pressurization fans.
