Fraser Milner Casgrain
Fraser Milner Casgrain (FMC) is a 6 storey law office within the Royal Trust Tower (TD Centre). CFMS provided commissioning services that included VAV interior ventilation sytem reviews. A conflict between the control strategies of the interior ventilation and perimeter ventilation were uncovered and CFMS recommended a solution to reduce energy loss.
