HVAC systems consist of a geothermal heat pump chiller system with back-up boilers and fluid cooler, glycol heating plant, variable volume air handling units with heat recovery (enthalpy) wheels, four pipe fan coil units and LV lighting controls with occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting.  The building has full DDC control down to and including the individual spaces.
