Hydro One - 483 Bay Street
CFMS provided LEED Commissioning for floors 6 (which is LEED Gold Certified), 5,7 and 8 in the South Tower, and floors 12-15 in the North Tower for Hydro One Networks (HONI).
This 6th floor project was a model pilot project to create sustainable and healthy office space through new design strategies implemented through interior renovation of the existing 6th floor. It was originally targeting LEED® Silver Certification, but exceeded that by achieving LEED® Gold Certification.
