New Sagamok Biidaaban Elementary School

The new school due to open in September 2023 will be 2,829 square meters with a 201 student capacity, 40% larger than the current school, built in 1985. There will be a full-size gymnasium in the school, a cafeteria, a science room and a library. It is being build next to the Elders Lodge, enabling educational experiences and relationship buidling within the community.
