North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit
The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit brings three separate locations under one roof to consolidate the programs and services required by the local communities. The two storey facility includes clinic, classroom, teaching kitchen, office and workstation spaces. Clinics include Dental, Healthy Living, and Vaccine Units.
HVAC systems installed include for hot water heating plant (for perimeter heating and reheat) and variable volume roof-mounted air handling units with heat recovery, gas-fired heating and DX cooling. The building has full DDC control down to and including the individual spaces.
Specialized systems include for ventilation of vaccine storage spaces and temperature monitored vaccine fridges.
