Paramount Fine Foods Centre
An HVAC / Refrigeration retrofit for the City of Mississauga at Paramount Fine Foods Centre (formerly known as the Hershey Centre), which has become a premier sports and entertainment facility in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Building systems include HVAC: two hot water boiler plants, dehumidification air handling units, rooftop units with gas fired heating, DX cooling and energy recovery, miscellaneous fans, and terminal equipment including VAV boxes, radiant heating and reheat coils; Plumbing: existing domestic hot water system; Electrical: lighting control system; Refrigeration: two ice rink refrigeration plants. The building has full DDC control down to and including the individual spaces.
