A new, 7-storey adult student facility built adjacent to the water pond / ice rink feature on campus.
HVAC systems include for building cooling and heating (from campus central plant), one rooftop (VAV) unit with steam humidification, one split A/C unit for cooling of the main CCS server room, and various exhaust systems for ventilation of washrooms, storage rooms, and local CCS & ER rooms.
