A new, 3-storey student facility integrated with the existing ‘Oakham House’ building.
HVAC systems include for building cooling and heating (from campus central plant), two rooftop (VAV) heat recovery units, make-up air unit and interlocked hood exhaust for kitchen serving Oakham House, and new air-to-water heat pump serving Oakham House pub extension.
