HVAC systems consist of a hot water heating plant, chilled water plant, domestic cold water booster system, instantaneous domestic hot water systems, variable volume air handling units with energy recovery wheels, variable volume compartment units, underfloor air distribution system, LV lighting controls with occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting and motorized shade system. The building has full DDC control down to and including the individual spaces.
