CFMS pleased to be providing commissioning for the UTS Redevelopment

University of Toronto Schools is ungoing a major redevelopment, and CFMS is pleased to be providing the commissioning for this exciting transformation.

With Diamond Schmitt Architects at the helm, the redevopment includes renovation/restoration of the heritage central and east wings, and expansion of the school facilities.  Dating back to 1910, UTS is a landmark as part of the University of Toronto campus.

Ground broke in December for the existing buildings renovations, which will take some time due to the delicate process involved.  The construction drawings are in the stages of completion by the Design Team.  The tranformation is to be completed in 2021.

CFMS has been involved since the early design stage, with Jurij Dziuba as our CFMS Project Manager.
