CFMS pleased to have been awarded Cx for Durham College's Trade School Building
Our first awarded project of 2020 was the new Trade School Building for Durham College's Whitby Campus. The 60,000 sf building will include shop areas, classrooms, food services, and administrative offices. CFMS' Jurij Dziuba is the project manager for this project, and is already ramping up getting an early start on the commissioning process. Occupancy is set for May 2021. CFMS has provided commissioning for several Durham College projects now, including the Shared Athletic Complex with Ontario Tech University, the Phase 3 expansion, and most recently, the LEED Gold Centre for Collaborative Eduction.
