Let's start the week with some good news - Equitable Bank 15th Floor achieving LEED Silver Certification!
CFMS was involved with LEED fundamental commissioning for the Equitable Bank tenant fit-out project. This included commissioning of the HVAC and lighting control systems to ensure they meet the Owners requirements and operate to meet the design intent.
One highlight from this project was working with the existing pneumatic control system which provided control the terminal mechanical devices to maintain space temperature. Not often do we get to work with pneumatic control systems, and it was an interesting change from the current DDC systems we now typically experience.
