Spectrum Square IV Achieves LEED Gold Certification!
CFMS is pleased to announce that Spectrum Square Building IV at 5050 Satellite Drive achieved LEED Gold Certification! The office tower is part of a master-planned corporate community with a focus on sustainable buildings in an updated concept of the suburban office park.
We are proud to have been part of the team helping this project achieve LEED Gold Certification and its' sustainability goals.
