This mixed use facility will include a 100,00 square foot YMCA and 80,000 square feet of office space for the lead tenant in professional services PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Located adjacent to the LEED Gold Certified KPMG Tower, this location features two projects CFMS is pleased to provide the commissioning for.
