York University's Centre for Engineering Excellence is the Feature Story in Canadian Consulting Engineer Magazine

CFMS was pleased to see York University’s Bergeron Centre for Engineering Excellence as the feature story for the January/February 2015 edition of Canadian Consulting Engineer Magazine.  It is an exciting new building and learning concept for a university - abandoning the traditional lecture halls for smaller meeting spaces, as the expectation through this Engineering program is for lectures to be viewed online, and more time spent instead in smaller groups working with professors as part of the learning process.  The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification, with provisions to achieve LEED Gold.  CFMS is providing the commissioning services for this project.  You can read the full article here to learn more about the design, along with the new method of learning being introduced by the Lassonde School of Engineering.
