At CFMS Consulting Inc., we enjoy the excitement of starting a new commissioning project – meeting the owner, the design and construction teams, and getting to know everyone, as well as their requirements. While this initial stage is always interesting, I enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with our clients. Being in business for 20 years has provided us with many opportunities to build lasting engagements in our marketplace. CFMS started off as a small group of Engineers, but we have grown significantly over the years, and our contact and client base has grown with us. At CFMS, we have a group of talented people who have helped to build great working relationships with several long standing and multi-project clients including: Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB), York Region District School (YRDSB), LCBO, Ryerson University, and Sunnybrook Health Science Centre to name just a few. I personally have had the pleasure of working with SCDSB and YRDSB for 15 plus years. Between the 2 Boards, we have completed over 275 projects in varying size and complexity, and together have overcome many challenges, seen much evolution, and celebrated the rewards of projects successfully completed! Over the years of our relationship, our services have evolved to meet the client’s changing commissioning requirements, as well as the mechanical and electrical design developments.
