Happy New Year. I hope everyone has taken time to enjoy the holiday break. We were fortunate at CFMS to have a few extra days to spent time with family and friends. While doing so I was thinking what beginning new year means. I did a little research on the internet. I noticed a common theme, out with the old and in with the new. Whether it is house cleaning, paying off debts, or making a resolution, the new year about a new beginning. While my office could definitely use a serious tidy and organization, there a few things that I am not in a hurry to file away or leave behind.
The first is the great group of engineers and technicians working at CFMS to provide commissioning services to the great group of people we work for and with. I am looking forward to another year of the comradory and support.
But something new I am looking forward to, is working on the Laurentian University School Architecture Building. CFMS Consulting Inc. will be working with the design and construction teams, Levitt Goodman and Aecom , as part of the Commissioning Team for the School of Architecture project. CFMS has worked with Laurentian U’s Director of Capital Projects, Brad Parkes when he was Manger of New Construction at the Simcoe County District School Board and we look forward to working with him again.
