It is hard to believe that it is already December and another year is coming to a close. The end of a year always brings to mind reflection of the year gone by. This professional year has seen its ups and downs for us at CFMS.
We said goodbye to a commissioning colleague who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Sethuraman Sundar was very active in the commissioning community and will be missed all.
On a lighter note, some of us had a chance in October to reconnect with our across Canada CFMS offices and some of our CFMS alumni at a dinner organized by past president and CFMS founder Mel James. It was great to see everyone and we look forward to getting together again.
Both experiences served as a reminder of the important part connections make in our lives, both professionally and personally. So, as the holidays draw nearer and weather gets colder, please make the time this holiday to reconnect with your family and friends, whether it be over a coffee, a meal or video chat. Time goes by too quickly and it so important to stay connected.
Wishing you and yours a wonderful, bright and snowy holiday season along with health and happiness in the New Year. All of us at CFMS look forward to reconnecting with you in the new year.
