This new multi-level LEED NC - Gold Canadian Headquarters includes for all amenities to run the national operations. Unique in-house features include kitchen/dining, atrium, smoke control, reclaimed water, emergency power, lighting control and smart building integration.
Services provided by CFMS:
- Verification of DDC system and BAS
- Functional testing of HVAC systems
- Performance testing of HVAC systems
- Coordination of mechanical equipment and systems training
- Preparation of the Systems Operation Manual
- Seasonal performance testing of HVAC systems
HVAC systems include for:
- Central heating plant (3 x 2200 MBH high efficiency condensing boilers) serving VAV/FP boxes, radiant ceiling panels, terminal heating units, and water-to-glycol heat exchangers (for AHUs heating coils).
- Central chilled water plant (2 x 230 ton centrifugal chillers and induced-draft cooling towers) serving AHU cooling coils and fan coil units.
- Supplementary cooling plant for data centre.
- Custom air handling units (mixed and 100% fresh air AHUs) with heat recovery wheels, economizers {non 100% units} and fan VFDs.
- On-floor compartment units.
- Cooling only fan coil units serving EMRs, electrical rooms and IT rooms.
- Radiant floor heating system.
- Exhaust fans, ventilation fans, and pressurization fans.
