CFMS Providing Commissioning for Georgian Bay General Hospital
CFMS is pleased to be part of the team for the Georgian Bay General Hospital Emergency Department Renovation. Located in Midland, Ontario, GBGH serves the communities of Midland, Penetanguishene, Township of Tiny, Township of Tay, Christian Island, Georgian Bay Township and Springwater Township. The department was orginally opened in 1976, and underwent a retrofit in 1990 when the Emergency Department located in Penetanguishene was closed. Population in the Georgian Bay area has increased since then, and technology has changed, so it is definately time for a renovation.
This project has been a long time in the planning phases, and as such, the community is eager for the new and improved Emergency Department. Through our commissioning services, we look forward to helping get this project completed for the communities of Georgian Bay.
