CFMS is pleased to announce that Nexus Condominiums (located in Markham ON) achieved their LEED Gold Cerification with the CaGBC. CFMS provided the LEED Commissioning for this project.
Progress is underway at Caledon Fire Station 310 scheduled to open in December 2025! This state-of-the-art 15,000 square foot facility being built for the Town of Caledon will feature three spacious apparatus bays, offices, training and education spaces, a crew dormitory, and more—designed to support the growing needs of emergency services in the community. It will be Caledon’s first net zero energy fire station.
