Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Achieves LEED Gold Status
On July 26, Vaughan Metropolitan Centre was awarding LEED Gold Certification. CFMS was part of the team working on this project, along with SmartREIT, DSAI, Smith and Andersen, S+A Footprint, and many more. The KPMG Tower is central to the whole redevelopment of Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, which is creating an urban landscape in suburban space to better accomodate the needs of the people working and residing in the GTA. Congratulations to all who were involved, and to Jurij Dziuba of CFMS for his role as the Cx Project Manager!
