CFMS Consulting Inc., the commissioning company for the Allstream Centre, is proud to announce that the Centre was awarded LEED Silver!
The Allstream Centre is a 160,000 square foot facility located in heart of downtown at the historic Automotive Building at the Exhibition Place.
The Canadian Green Building Council awarded the building LEED Silver status after the complete demolition of the buildings core, and the renovation of; the roof, envelop efficiency, mechanical and electrical systems, among a host of other overhauls.
CFMS provided commissioning services to satisfy both EAp1 and EAc3 requirement of LEED. Those services included contract document review, shop drawing and O&M manual review, co-ordination of the mechanical and electrical equipment and systems training, verification of the DDC and BAS systems, preparation and presentation of systems re-commissioning manual, seasonal testing of the HVAC systems and implementation of the IAQ plan.
