Q&A's with CFMS Project Manager Allan Hearn

Allan Hearn, better known as AJ, came to CFMS in 2010, all the way from St. John's Newfoundland.  As he was making a permanent move, he had to drive across Newfoundland, to take a ferry across the ocean, then drive the rest of the way to Toronto - in January!  We are glad he was that excited to join CFMS to embark on such an adventure as that must have been (and we are glad he arrived safe and sound).  Here are his Q&A's to let you know a little more about him and his role at CFMS:

Why do you think our service is important?

  • I believe our service provides a  sense of security. We are a third party who’s only goal is to ensure the Owner gets the end result they envisioned, and we work tirelessly to make that happen. We are invested in the wants and needs of the Owner, our agenda is their agenda.

What do you love most about your job?

  • My job is a changing landscape. From rooftops to basements, mechanical rooms to high-rise condo buildings, my office is never the same, and that makes my days both interesting and refreshing.
