Simcoe County District School Board's Hyde Park Elementary School was featured in SABMag (Sustainable Architecture and Building Magazine). The school uses Termobuild technology - precast concrete hollow core slabs, paired with the HVAC system, combining heating and cooling, ventilation and energy storage into one system.
