Get to Know the CFMS Team

CFMS prides itself on being a small company with a family feeling.  We have been in business since 1992, and in that time have maintained our integrity of caring about not only our clients but also our employees.  Some significant milestones have been achieved in the past few years, including founder Mel James passing his torch to long time employees Ed Trueman and Wendy Collins, who now run CFMS.  All of our employees have passed their 5th anniversary, and we have celebrated weddings and new family members as well.  Most of us have also seen our collective children grow from babies to the first one heading off to university.  It's been an exciting journey for our work family, who have also seen industry changes through the years, and work together to remain abreast of the latest developments.  With the the recent election we are looking forward to seeing a growth in construction.  

It seemed like a fitting time to give you a chance to get to know our employees a bit more, and their perspective on what we do.  Over the next few months we will be featuring a Q&A session with each employee.  Be sure to check back in!
